Finance and Administration Officer JOB DESCRIPTIONCountry IndiaJob Title Finance & Admin OfficerLocation HyderabadDepartment FinanceReports To President/C.E.OJOB SUMMARY – PURPOSEThe job is responsible for providing effective leadership in finance, administration, procurement & internal audit controlsDuties and Responsibilities Financial ManagementEnsure timely submission of Monthly, and Annual Financial ReportsPrepare and submit Quarterly programmed reportsEnsure maintenance of proper books of accountsEnsure efficient payments and disbursements according to approved policy and proceduresPayment of all taxes and filing returns per Government norms.(GST, TDS)Ensure internal control system is functional.1Audit ManagementProcure a u d i t s e r v i c e s i n a c c o r d a n c e w i t h p r o c u r e m e n t policy and proceduresAssist in the audit assignment.Submit reports in respect of Management and statutory auditsSubmit audited financial statements as per the required deadlinesAdministrationEnsure up to date registration of Organization CompliancesEnsure proper functioning of front Office Operations including written correspondenceEnsure operation of Procurement system according to policy guidelinesEnsure proper function of logistical operations including travel & events organizationEnsure safety, custody and maintenance of Office, Computer &Accessories, Furniture and equipmentEnsure maintenance of up-to-date register of assets.Human Resource AdministrationEnsure up to date records are maintained including leave, staff personal recordsEnsure proper payroll administration and accountingEnsure all staff benefits are managed according to Human resource Handbook guidelines, e.g. Medical, Staff Insurance,Pension, social security, travel insurance among othersPerform all other tasks as delegated by the Sr.Management in regard to Finance & Admin2Academic qualifications, Knowledge, skills and abilitiesBachelor’s d e g r e e in business r e l a t e d field (Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Arts) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.Sufficient knowledge of accounting and bookk e e p i n g and high financial analytical skillsWorking k n o w l e d g e o f c o m p u t e r i z e d a c c o u n t i n g a n d o t h e r c o m p u t e r application packages (Tally ERP/QB/Zoho Inc. Payroll)High integrity to be able to handle cash and cash related transactionsGood interpersonal skills to be able to relate to people of diverse backgroundsAttention to detail to be able to scrutinize financial and other information documents before decision makingPlanning and organizing ability to be able to accomplish tasks, file and retrieve informationEffective communication both oral and written EnglishAbility to produce and analyze reportsStrong report writing skills in the English Language3Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,041.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Kondapur, Hyderabad – 500084, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Finance & Accounting Occupations: 3 years (Required)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English,Hindi,Telugu (Required)Willingness to travel:50% (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 01/05/2022
