Description:
You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager – Housekeeping is responsible for assisting the front office operations and Operation Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the housekeeping & Front office department, including the training and supervision of attendants and team leaders.
Qualifications:
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 1 year work experience as Assistant Manager – Housekeeping in Hyatt Place operations.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
Willing to help Front office operations as well.
