Your Role and Responsibilities

• Handling individual queries through Chats and e-mail from IBM employees and managers.
• Providing complete resolution, identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements to fix issues. Topics include, but are not limited to, Travel and Expenses, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Performance management tool etc.,
• This involves working closely with HR Partner teams and other core HR teams.
• HR Advisor prioritizes tasks and chooses the best method to resolve employee issues

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Communication/Negotiation: Requires ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develop skills. Candidates must possess excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Draw upon professional concepts to collaborate with others to carry out assigned duties. Negotiation is required.
• Problem Solving: Recognize job-related problems. analyze causes using existing techniques or tools, prepare and recommend solution alternatives. Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve.

• Technical Skills: Excel and presentation (PPT) knowledge
