Class 10 with any subjects – Class 11-12 in any stream – Bachelor’s degree in any subject – State Civil Services Examination – Work as a State Civil Services Officer in the Executive Cadre Group A services – Experience of 16-20+ years – Nomination and selection in the cadre of IAS
