Job Description

Working closely and providing support on end to end HR/IR related activities.

Liaise with the business leadership to design and deliver strong HR/IR strategies for stakeholders.

Be a strong leader and key member of the HR team to achieve business goals.

The Successful Applicant

10 – 15 years of experience in Industrial Relations/ Coworker relations/ Union Management

Prior experience with a reputed FMCG/FMCD/Retail/Automobile organisation is preferred

Good understanding of labour laws and maintaining relationship between workers, employing entities, trade unions and the government

Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills

Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills
