IT Customer Support Executive

What we’re looking for:

We are looking to hire an ambitious IT customer support expert for our open IT

Technical Support positions.

Your job will be to provide technical support to maintain the organization’s computer systems, both hardware and software and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity.

They are responsible for providing assistance to internal employees or external clients who have questions or issues with their computer systems, software, hardware, networks, our cloud services, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing new technology solutions to meet departmental needs
• Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues with hardware or software to ensure optimal functionality,
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
• Log bugs and enhancement requests
• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
• Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills.
• Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries. Processing and logging incoming calls into the CRM system.
• Identifying customer needs. Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
• Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.

Providing outstanding customer service.

• Updating customer information as required. Maintaining confidentiality of information.

Performing other duties as the need arises.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in any cloud company & worked as a system admin is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or another related field.
• Have sound knowledge of windows firewall, change if IP address, etc.
• Should have basic knowledge of basic remote access & installation/troubleshooting of applications.
• Successful completion of provided training.
• Knowledge of Windows Hardware/Software.
• Experience with CRM preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office suites.
• Excellent phone etiquette with good communication skills.

Salary Package: Upto 4LPA (depending upon the education qualification & experience skills)

Salary: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
