Myntra Hiring for Manager – Marketplace & Omni channel (Program Manager) at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

The MP design & seller experience team at Myntra is responsible for shaping best in class experience for Myntra marketplace sellers across various touch points along with unlocking growth opportunities for sellers. The team is a part of the Marketplace support org and liaisons with various teams across the organization to drive critical projects as Myntra shifts to a marketplace centric approach

Role: As a program manager in Marketplace team, the candidate would be responsible for the design, development & execution of strategic initiates to improve seller experience & seller growth from inception till scale up

Responsibilities

• Identify scope for improvement in marketplace processes and come up with structural solutions for various problems impacting seller experience or seller growth. Expected to own end to end design and execution of an initiative
• Structure and conduct analyses to define objective and key result for a program. Back-up business decisions with data
• Identify industry trends and perform benchmarking to shape critical initiatives in ecommerce marketplace ecosystem
• Liaison with cross functional teams such as category management, supply chain, finance, legal, tech etc. for seamless execution of programs and course correct based on need
• Create dashboards, trackers and newsletters to improve visibility of the programs both internally and externally
• Track the status of the initiatives vs. the expected timelines & intended impact
• Highlight issues and problem solve with the relevant stakeholders to make sure the initiatives are on track

Qualifications & Experience

• 1-2 years of post-MBA experience in working on data driven programs end to end with relevant experience in consulting/ecommerce/supply chain/fashion industry or 4-5 years post B.E/B.Tech experience in data driven program management or business analyst roles
• Graduation from a top tier institute – Preferably B.E/B.Tech
• MBA from tier 1/2 institutes (preferred)
• Strong analytical and presentation capabilities with experience of presenting to senior leadership
• Sharp business acumen, problem solving and communication skills
• Proven track record to solve unstructured problems, manage multiple initiatives at once, manage stakeholder expectations, collaborate with cross functional teams with minimal supervision
• Experience of working on SQL, PowerPoint and Complex Spreadsheets. Working knowledge of python preferred
• Ecommerce experience is desirable
