Role – Processor
Roles and Responsibilities :
· Understand all applications and tools required
· Understand how to navigate the claims SOPs
· Understand all plan types and relation to claims processing
· Have a working knowledge of key clients and variances therein (details to be found in the SOP)
· Review and process claims successfully in the system with quality and timeliness
· Reach out to managers when clarity or assistance is needed
· Recording/Capturing allocated work correctly on designated tools.
Desired Candidate Profile :
· Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
· Able to make quick decisions
Exp Required – 0 – 29 Months
Salary – 1 year- 16500/month, 2.55LPA
Exp- 13 to 24 Month- 22000/month, 3.17 LPA
Fixed Shift – 5:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Work Location – GGN/Noida
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
