Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support SLA management operations for CONEXTS as integral part of BP Operations team including activities such as SLA creation, amendments, query management
• Prioritization of short and long term activities and lead in line with business expectations
• Developing and maintaining reporting solutions for business insights
• To continuously improve the SLA business processes by facilitating the strategy development and adopting best practices to align the process towards the Business Excellence Model in a fast paced growing organization
• Be an advisor to the Leadership team on SLA framework, impact on business, financial and quality management programs
• Enable data backed decisions and data driven business insights for Business Partners, Finance, Service Groups, and Business Excellence team
• Lead & facilitate projects (individual or teams) that employ Lean/Six Sigma/CI, problem solving methodologies, with effective change management techniques, to deliver business results (improved client experience, quality, reliability, productivity and financial performance).
• Responsible for overseeing both strategic and day to day perspectives of BP operations activities and business administration for SLA related operations. This may include hands-on SLA management, developing business insight reports, communicating with senior stakeholders and resolving priority SLA/ invoice related queries, maintaining progress updates across projects, prioritizations of day-to-day activities for BP Operations team, etc.

Minimum requirements

• Graduate Degree in business & Six Sigma Certification (Black belt training) from an institute of repute
• Fluency in English is prerequisite, while knowledge of other in- scope country languages would be an advantage

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in managing multi- functional Projects, Programs & change Management with internal and external stakeholders
• Should have worked as Six Sigma/Lean Black Belt or Quality Champion
• Experience in working in large / international companies
• Excellent communication, people management, stakeholders management and leadership skills
• Ability to ensure service focus across a complex people intensive and functionally-dispersed organization
• Preferred to have understanding of Pharma business and financial issues, including its regulatory environment (life sciences Business Process Outsourcing experience preferred)
• Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity
