Newloads is a vehicle sourcing and quoting platform. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be on telecalling.

Role requirements:
- Reach out by phone to customers/clients based all over the country.
- Pitch and negotiate terms with customers/clients.
- Obtain information from our customers.
- Maintain a good business relationship with clients.
- Data entry in CRM.
- Pay attention to details and take notes.
- Be a team player keeping your crew looped-in.
