Customer Support Executive – JD
We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive to manage a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Responsibilities
The primary job roles and responsibilities of a customer support executive include:
1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
2. A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof.
3. Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
4. Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
5. Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal
6. Track record of over-achieving quota
7. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
8. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of behaviour
9. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Competencies and Skills Required
Excellent Communication is key in this profile. It is absolutely important for the executive to have fluent English communication skills.

2. Good listening and problem-solving skills
3. Ability to take and handle stress and pressure
4. Good interpersonal skills
Requirements
1.A bachelor’s degree
2.A minimum of 1 year experience
3.Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
