- Monitoring of Agents posted under them which includes Leaves, Late, Offs and absents.
- Preparation of Rosters and submit for approval.
- Transaction Monitoring for all the agents under them.
- Feedback on TM to the agents.
- Escalation of problems on Floor to SMs.
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Flexibility to work in all the shifts.
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
