ABOUT THE TEAM:
Primary responsibility is to support the Velocity Invoice Processing service by performing data entry into the department’s invoice processing system.

WHAT YOUâLL DO:
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Key invoices into invoice processing application daily
• Review data inputs for accuracy/completeness

Maintain and update Vendor accounts as needed

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Graduation is must; some college level accounting preferred

Minimum 0 – 3 Years of experience into Invoice Processing / Accounts Payable.

General understanding of spreadsheets & database applications preferred

Multi-family experience highly preferred

Detail orientated

Proficient knowledge of MS Word and Excel required; general offices skills such as data processing, filing, emailing and faxing

Language and communication skills (written and verbal), for working with U.S. utility vendor invoices

Data entry (10-Key)

Solid math skills

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Skill : Strong typing skills (both numerical and Alphabetical)

Qualification : B.Com/M.Com/MBA

Experience : 0-3yrs

Work Location : Hyderabad

Shifts : Willing to work for night shifts

Work Type : Must be flexible to work from office

• Able to sit or stand for frequent periods in the same location with some opportunity to move about

• Able to stoop or lift light material (typically less than 8 pounds)

Demonstrate flexibility by working shifts/ OT as required by the business
