JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide Level 2 technical assistance and support, and resolve problems related to the use of computer hardware and software for end users.
- Speaking to customers/clients to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Dealing with Email/ telephonic Inquiries related to application development.
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
- Managing multiple cases at one time.
EXPERIENCE :
- Having 2+ year of IT experience in Production, Application Support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to capture and articulate technical and non-technical details.
- Willing to work in US (night) shift.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Have experience in handling L2 escalations
- Good experience in CRM
