We are looking for a accounts,finance and admin Manager ( CA or equivalent ) who can drive the business from an accounting standpoint and accelerate the growth of the company helping streamline and grow accounting and finance functions in India , USA and Canada

You will drive the growth strategy aggressively with a young team and be proficient in accounting as well as technology usage for finance and accounting applications. Must be good on excel and quickbooks. You must have exposure to Audit and Taxation.

Primary responsibilities are divided into 3 buckets

• Day to Day Accounting using Quickbooks, Wave and some SAP related( nice to have)

• Audit and Tax Accounting

• Forecasting and Budgeting based accounting with Sales and HR

• Must have an accounting designation from any country ( CA or equivalent)

Finance and Accounts :

• Prepare daily accounts

• Look after AR and AP

• Look at any real estate accounting work

• Administration and office support work

• Banking and Invoicing

• Prepare weekly scorecards

• Technical support coordination

• Support Training

• Support sales and marketing coordination

• Issue letters/contract to consultants/students

• Great computer and communication skills

• Managing all accounting applications and systems

• Formulating process and strategy for company profitability

• Expense and Cost control at all levels

Administration:

• Administer all contracts

• Employee and company administration tasks

• General administration

• Procurement related

• Technology support

• Vendor Management

• Compliance and Safety

• Company Vehicle insurance and lease

• Medical related etc.

Human Resources:

• Assist in hiring corporate and office team members

• Manage job board subscription and renewals as well as passwords

• Offer letters as required

• Formulating compensation and retaining strategies with management

• Administer payments and benefits

• Filing taxes and regulatory compliance

Property Related :

• Tenant related issues

• Rental agreement and payment

• Maintenance of office and payments

• Insurance of property

• Building supplies and maintenance

Forecasting and Budgeting:

• Work with sales team on forecasting and target planning

• Sales and employee incentive plan

• HR budgeting and compensation management

• Performance pay and variable pay calculation

• Working on various aspects of payroll for billable and salaried consultants

• Strategy for overall targets and cost control

Audit and Taxation

• Must be hand on on audit

• Must know or be able to manage taxes

• Tax planing and cost control

• Reconciliation and payments audit

• Getting audit statement and Notice to readers

• Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 7 years (Required)
• CA: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Chartered Accountant (Preferred)
