Full Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Ø Customer Feedback
o Collects customer feedback
o Plans corrective action with Sales Manager
Ø Customer Complaint Management
o One point of contact for customer complaints by receiving customer complaints
o Note down the concerns of the dissatisfied customer in detail in complaint tracker (collected through 3rd day feedback / 1-2-3 In Moment Score)
o Ensure resolution of customer complaints
o Tracking of all complaints and ensure closure and take feedback after closure till satisfaction
Ø Lost Case Analysis
o Call lost customers – open enquiries for last 3 months
o Understand reason for closure
o Frame action plan with Sales Manager, Delivery Manager and Store Head
Ø Others
o Updation of email IDs from email bounce
o Cancellation analysis- once in a month on the complete cancellation data for the month
Recruitment profile
Ø Educational Qualifications: Graduate preferred
Ø Industry: Automobile, Hospitality, Finance/ Insurance, Retail, Communications
Ø Minimum experience: 6 months preferably in in Auto/customer relationship roles
Ø Profile: Strong focus on customer experience management, adherence to processes and norms
Ø Passions/ Interests: NA

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹14,000.00 per month
