Job description of an Office Administration – Pharma CompanySain Medicaments Pvt.Ltd – Uppal – Hyderabad.Roles and Responsibilities: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents, including official correspondence, memos, and presentations.Coordinating and managing appointments and meetings.Performing book keeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable.Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.Manage agendas/ travel arrangements/ appointments etc for the upper management.Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages etc.)Support budgeting and book keeping procedures.Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/ proposals as assigned.Assist colleagues whenever necessary greeting visitors/clients as they arrive, identifying the purpose of their visit and notifying the appropriate staff members of their arrival.Answer inquiries and provides information of a general nature.Requirement:Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.Outstanding communication and inter personal abilities.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.Excellent knowledge of MS office and office management software (ERP etc.)Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).Educational Qualification: 3-5 Years of experience in Office Administration or a similar role.Comfortable handling confidential information.Qualification in MBA will be an advantage.Any graduate with experience in office administration or relevant fields preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹8,240.00 – ₹26,382.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
