We Elevate… Your Responsibilities

The RPA Designer supports the business with robotics expertise. He/she engages in robotics business process design, RPA specification up to RPA programming.

This includes identification of RPA potentials, process analysis of the current business processes and specification of the to-be process within the global SHAPE framework, programming, testing and rollout of the solutions. He/she secures operations together with the RPA Solution Manager at the Center of Expertise in Madrid.

He/she could be either a part of a KG / KW function, be a member of the Finance Innovation Lab team or of the Center of Expertise in Madrid.

Focus:

RPA process analysis and design

Experience:

• Professional experience in project management incl. process analytics and desgin

• At least one year programming experience

• Knowledge of common business processes, preferrably in the finance or backe-office department

• Automation knowledge in MS Power Automate (Flow)

• RPA programming knowledge is an advantage (e.g. Kryon, Softomotive, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Redwood, Open Span, WorkFusion, etc.)

• Database programming and design is an advantage

• Agile development teams (Scrum)

  Skills:

• Should be able to translate business requirements into specifications and to create a technical architecture for RPA projects making sure the architecture is extensible and scalable.

• Can code in at least one of the programming languages:

• Python

• VB Script / VBA

• Other languages are advantegous:

• C/C+

• • Ruby

• Java

• JS

• .Net

• Knowledge in tool such as:

• MS Office

• OCR tools

• Enterprise Systems e.g. SAP

• Oracle and MS SQL DBs

• ITSM Tools

• Service Now

• Confluence

  Education:

  Bachelor in business computer science and / or

  Bachelor in business process management
