Job Description

We are looking to hire a Content Infringement Operations team member to deal with right infringements and conflict situations related to our Video catalogue. This role involves both protecting our Labels & Artists rights and limiting legal risk across digital services with reinforcing our processes and controls especially in Video platforms like Youtube, Facebook etc. The position will be based in the Mumbai office and is part of the Rights Operations Department, reporting to the Content Infringement Operations Lead in Believe. As part of our our international team, based in Paris and Mumbai, the candidate will perform the following tasks:

Follow up on various Claims like third party, disputes, appealed, potential assigned to Believe
Addressing strikes issues
Rights audit of our catalogue to detect rights infringement and Content ID misuse
Facebook Whitelisting
Customer care, support and troubleshooting with our Sales team, Believe clients, and YouTube Users on operational & rights issues
Resolving conflict situations especially with the third parties
Ensure that Believe respects all the KPI’s and SLA’s

Qualifications
Bachelors/Master degree
Having relevant experience in the areas of YouTube Infringement
Should have known to handle YouTube CMS
Written and spoken English with good communication skills mandatory
Passionate YouTube expert with YouTube Certification and an in-depth knowledge of the YouTube CMS especially with ‘To-Do’s of YT’ CMS which involves Reference overlaps, Potential claims, Invalid reference, Ownership Conflicts etc.
Digital friendly Knowledge about music rights management
Organized, reliable, proactive, disciplined, and independent
Team Player, multitasker with excellent time management and organizational skills
Proven knowledge and experience in MS Excel
Motivated and curious
