Roles and Responsibilities Position: Sales Manager- Bancassurance Location: Pune Exp. 4+ Years exp. in Banca from life insurance CTC: up to 7 LPA Industry: Life Insurance
JOB SUMMARY:- Job holder will be responsible for managing the Sales through the Bank branches and will work closely with the partner banks, Customer Servicing and to ensure the timely delivery of high value, compliant high quality services, ensure delivery of business.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Relationship Management with the bank leadership team and also will be responsible for meeting sales target through Bank’s Managers and maintaining relationships with their Supervisors, and ensures business targets are achieved. 2. Working closely with Branch Banking Team to drive the LI business. 3. Overseeing assigned Branch business and Shall adhere to agreed TATs on first customer contact and follow-ups from the date of the lead being registered, govern input activity at branch and zone level. 4. Train and develop the bank team on wide range of company’s life product offerings including LI concept, new product launch, Business insurance and latest developments in the financial market. 5. Responsible for increase bank’s customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions and achieve the targeted penetration on cross sell within the branch’s customer base.
Desired Profile: 1. Excellent communication skills and pleasant personality. 2. 4+ years of experience in Bancassurance or Wealth HNI. 3. Result Orientation, Innovation, Customer Centricity, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Business Acumen.
