Job Description: Visa Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Visa Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with obtaining visas for migrating to Canada and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for visa applications

Prepare and submit visa applications on behalf of clients to the appropriate government agencies

Stay up-to-date on immigration laws and regulations for Canada and Australia Provide clients with guidance and support throughout the visa application process Maintain accurate and organized records of client communications and visa application progress

Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Familiarity with immigration laws and regulations a plus, but not required Previous customer service experience a plus

This is an entry-level position and is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in the immigration industry.
