To monitor interunit transactions and handle daily bill passing related to contractors and vendors while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines

Job Context

Should have experience in Bill passing, Vendor Payment, Reconciliation of accounts, GL verification, Inter unit transaction, Auditing & monthly / Qtrly / Annual Closure, Variance analysis

Major Challenges

On Time Vendor payment & Reconciliation of account.

Monitoring of Budget & Delegation manual

Accountability

Supporting Actions

Bill Passing / Payment

Monitor of daily bill passing of contractor and /or

vendor with adherence to compliance to various statutory enactments.

SBU Level Accounting

Monthly monitoring payable of Sales Liability including commission / incentives / Claims

Monthly / Qtrly / Annual Closure & Audit

Handle LR/closure and convey audits
