3. Should have good content knowledge about subject.
4. Faculty should have good communication skills.
5. Teaching skills: Candidates should be able to convey complex topics in a simplified manner by using creative teaching methods and a neat board presentation.
6. Set question papers, and discuss the solutions in detail.
7. Clearing doubt for students.
8 Monitor and analyse students performance and provide useful guidance to students as well as parents
